NEW 2022 FANUC FANUC SR-20IA

The 2022 FANUC SR-20IA is a four-axis SCARA robot designed for assembly, pick and place, and dispensing applications. It features a 20 kg payload capacity, an 1100 mm reach, and a robot mass of 67 kg. The system provides repeatability of ± 0.020 mm for J1 and J2, ± 0.010 mm for J3, and ± 0.0050° for J4. The SCARA structure is designed for shelf mounting and carries an IP65 protection rating. Axis motion speeds are 440°/s for J1, 500°/s for J2, 2800 mm/sec for J3, and 1700°/s for J4. The motion range for the axes is ±145° for J1 and J2, 300 mm for J3, and ±720° for J4, with a push force of 250 N. The unit is equipped with an environmental package and is controlled by a FANUC compact R-30IB PLUS controller. The system includes a FANUC color teach pendant and necessary robot connection cables.
