NEW BRANSON 2000XEA 20

The 2020 Branson S40 Rotary 2000X Ultrasonic Welder System is a high-performance industrial welding cell designed for automated assembly. The system is built around a Branson 2000X actuator and a 20:4.0 power supply, delivering 4000 watts of power at a 20KHZ frequency. It requires a voltage of 200-240VAC, 25A, 1PH, 50/60Hz. The 2000X AE 3.0 actuator features a 4-inch stroke length and is equipped with a CJ20 converter and a titanium 20KHZ 3:1 booster.

Material handling is managed by a series 40 rotary system, which includes a Camco 601RDM indexer and a 30-inch round aluminum dial plate with six stops for precise movement. The cell's operations are controlled via an Automation Direct touchscreen HMI and PLC for comprehensive I/O handling. Safety features include perimeter guarding and ABB safety switches. The unit is designed with a JIC panel and can accommodate secondary processes such as pick and place, pad printing, or leak testing.
