USED 2008 TRUMPF 8002

The 2008 Trumpf Trudisk 8002 is a high-power solid-state disk laser designed for welding, cutting, and surface processing of metals. It provides a laser power of 8,000 watts on the workpiece with a continuously adjustable power range starting from 160 W. The system features active laser power control to ensure a typical power constancy of ± 1% at rated power and ± 0.5% over 8 hours at constant ambient temperature. Operating at a wavelength of 1030 nm, the laser utilizes a disk medium and a patented resonator design to achieve a beam quality of 2 mm·mrad at the disk and 8 mm·mrad at the input coupling in the laser light cable (LLK). The numerical aperture on the output coupling after the LLK is 0.1, with a minimum laser light cable diameter of 200 μm. This model includes intelligent energy management with multiple energy-saving modes and power factor correction. The unit is designed with an IP54 protection class and can accommodate up to 4 laser light cables with extended device sizes. Physical dimensions are 1175 mm in width, 1430 mm in height, and 725 mm in depth. Electrical requirements are 39 kW/40kVA/56AMP, and the system is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from 10 °C to 50 °C. Cooling is managed via an integrated heat exchanger or an optional compressor cooler.
