In-Line Poly Bundler w/Dual Side Seal + Shrink Tunnel

Can be used to wrap any individual or multi pack items in polyethylene film with a full enclose package using two side seal wheel to cut of the excess film on both sides of the package for a “Full Enclosure”. Can be used for a wide variety of package sizes and applications from individual items to multi packs. Packages can be hand loaded or can be loaded automatically without an operator from a conveyor line. With an infeed belt conveyor the package will move forward past the sealing bar to be sealed, once sealed the power driven discharge conveyor will advance this pack into the Dual Side Seal wheels to be sealed and trimmed and then feed into the shrink tunnel to complete the sealing and shrinking process.

This dual roll system (one roll at the top and one roll at the bottom) fully encapsulates the package and produces a “Full Enclosure” with the two ends of the package sealed by the cross seal bar and the ends sealed by the dual side seal wheels. The conveyor of the shrink tunnel advances the package automatically into the shrink tunnel and upon exiting the tunnel the exit cooling fans on the tunnel help cool down and set up the polyethylene shrink film.
