USED 1999 FMB TRITON

The Fmb Triton is a horizontal mitering utility band saw engineered for precision cutting applications in fabrication and machine shops. Driven by a 1.5 HP motor, it features a 106" x 1" x 0.035" blade and utilizes a precision gear drive reducer with case-hardened, ground helical gears. The pivoting saw head allows for miter cutting up to 60 degrees, featuring mechanical stops at 0°, 45°, and 60°, along with a graduated scale. At 0 degrees, the machine delivers a round cutting capacity of 9.5 inches, a square capacity of 9.5 inches, and a rectangular capacity of 8.25 inches high by 11 inches wide. At 45 degrees, the capacity adjusts to 7.25 inches round, 6.75 inches square, and 5.5 inches by 7 inches rectangular. At 60 degrees, it handles 4.5 inches round, 4.33 inches square, and 4.33 inches by 4.33 inches rectangular. Standard features include a mechanical blade tension device with a visible yellow notch indicator, carbide blade guides with roller guides, a solid cast iron vice with a fast clamping system, and an integrated flood coolant system. The control panel is positioned at the front for operator ergonomics and runs on a 24V auxiliary control voltage system.
