NEW 2018 KAWASAKI RS010L

The 2018 Kawasaki RS010L is a six-axis industrial robot from the R series designed for general-purpose applications including MIG and arc welding, material handling, water jet cutting, fiberglass cutting, and machine tending. It features a 10 kg payload capacity, a maximum reach of 1925 mm, and a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm. The robot has a mass of 230 kg and supports floor and ceiling mounting. It is equipped with a Kawasaki E01 controller, color teach pendant, connection cables, transformer, and riser. The unit provides high-speed operation with maximum axis speeds of 190°/s (JT1), 205°/s (JT2), 210°/s (JT3), 400°/s (JT4), 360°/s (JT5), and 610°/s (JT6). Motion ranges are ±180° (JT1), +155° to -105° (JT2), +150° to -163° (JT3), ±270° (JT4), ±145° (JT5), and ±360° (JT6). The wrist moment is rated at 22 Nm for JT4 and JT5, and 10 Nm for JT6, while the moment of inertia is 0.7 kg·m² for JT4 and JT5, and 0.2 kg·m² for JT6. The robot offers environmental protection with an IP67 rating for the wrist and IP65 for the base axes, utilizing a double seal construction and water-resistant electrical connections. Integrated features include built-in pneumatic lines and internal wiring for sensors and solenoid valves.
