NEW 2019 KAWASAKI RS010L

The 2019 Kawasaki RS010L is a six-axis industrial robot designed for high-speed operation in applications such as MIG and arc welding, material handling, water jet and fiberglass cutting, and machine tending. It features a 10 kg payload capacity, a maximum reach of 1925 mm, and a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm. The robot has a mass of 230 kg and supports floor and ceiling mounting. Its R series design incorporates a lightweight arm with high-output motors, providing motion speeds of 190°/s for JT1, 205°/s for JT2, 210°/s for JT3, 400°/s for JT4, 360°/s for JT5, and 610°/s for JT6. The motion range for the axes is JT1 ±180°, JT2 +155° to -105°, JT3 +150° to -163°, JT4 ±270°, JT5 ±145°, and JT6 ±360°. The system is equipped with a Kawasaki E01 controller, a color teach pendant, connection cables, a transformer, and a riser. The unit features internal pneumatic lines and wiring for sensors and solenoid valves, with a double seal construction providing an IP67 protection rating for the wrist and IP65 for the base axes. It delivers a maximum robot speed of 13,100 mm/s and utilizes an automatic acceleration adjustment to optimize cycle times based on payload and posture.
