USED 1998 KUKA KR 30 L15/2

The 1998 Genesis/KUKA dual side by side trunnion welding cell features a rail-mounted KUKA KR 30 L15/2 six-axis CNC robot. The system is integrated with a rail system providing 393.7 inches of travel. Technical specifications for the welding cell include a maximum tool length of 159 inches, a maximum tool swing diameter of 38 inches, and a ground-to-centerline height of 47 inches. Each station supports a maximum weight capacity of 2,500 lbs. The unit is equipped with a Lincoln Power Wave 450 welding power supply, a welding gun, and a tip cleaner.
