NEW 2018 KAWASAKI RS010L

The 2018 Kawasaki RS010L is a high-speed, general-purpose industrial robot from the R series, designed for small to medium-duty applications including MIG/ARC welding, material handling, water jet cutting, and machine tending. It features a 10 kg payload capacity, a maximum reach of 1925 mm, and a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm. The six-axis articulated arm has a motion range of ±180° for JT1, +155° to -105° for JT2, +150° to -163° for JT3, ±270° for JT4, ±145° for JT5, and ±360° for JT6. Maximum motion speeds reach up to 610°/s on the wrist axis, with a maximum composite speed of 13,100 mm/s. The robot weighs 230 kg and supports floor or ceiling mounting. It is equipped with a Kawasaki E01 controller, color teach pendant, connection cables, riser, and transformer. The unit features internal pneumatic lines and wiring, with a double seal construction providing an IP67 protection rating for the wrist and IP65 for the base axes. High-output motors and a rigid arm design enable high torque ratings and optimized acceleration based on payload and posture.
