NEW 2018 KAWASAKI RS010L

The 2018 Kawasaki RS010L is a high-speed, six-axis articulated industrial robot designed for small to medium duty applications. It features a 10 kg payload capacity, a maximum horizontal reach of 1925 mm, and a vertical reach of 3478 mm. This model offers a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm and a maximum speed of 13,100 mm/s. The unit is equipped with a Kawasaki E01 controller, a color teach pendant, connection cables, a transformer, and a riser. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +155°/-105°, J3 +150°/-163°, J4 ±270°, J5 ±145°, and J6 ±360°, with corresponding maximum speeds of 190°/s (J1), 205°/s (J2), 210°/s (J3), 400°/s (J4), 360°/s (J5), and 610°/s (J6). The robot has a mass of 230 kg and supports floor or ceiling mounting. Its construction includes a double-seal design providing an IP67 protection classification for the wrist and IP65 for the base axes. Technical features include integrated pneumatic lines, internal wiring for sensors, and high-torque brushless AC servomotors on all axes with brakes.
