Overview
Description
The Model 200 by OK International pulls from a roll of gusseted film tubing to cut, insert, and cuff bags in a manner of seconds. Four corner fingers open the inserted cut-off film and cuff it over the edges of the case. Depending on the materials, application, and machine configuration, the Model 200 operates at speeds up to 15 cases per minute.
Bags are cut from a roll of gusseted polyethylene layflat tubing. A 26” long heated cut-
off bar forms bags of variable lengths.
The control panel features A/B controller, bag-only start/stop and e-stop push button. It also features variable length controls for bag and cuff length, as well as cut-off bar temperature controller.
