Overview
The Videx Controlled Start System revolutionizes thread rolling with innovative features designed for precision, efficiency, and reliability. Its wide hold-back finger synchronizes blank speed with rotary die speed, extending die life and ensuring superior thread quality with fewer feed jams. An AC Speed Controller enables optimized machine rates for any thread size, while optional hydraulic clamping allows micrometric pressure adjustments and quick setup replication. Additional features include a taper compensation system for parallel threads, a quick-change magazine for seamless diameter transitions, dual control panels for flexible operation, and a heavy-duty mechanical transmission with low maintenance and high durability. With these advancements, the Videx system ensures maximum productivity and exceptional results.
Available with single side threading, dual side, with or without bending.
