Overview
750 gallon double motion agiated mixing kettle by lee industries, model 750 d9mt, serial # a-5593-a. Features all stainless steel food grade jacketed kettle and double motion scraper agitator, vessel jacket is all stainless steel with upper and lower jackets national board rated (# 2374) for 90 psi at 350 degrees f, hydrotested by factory to 140 psi, center bottom discharge with flush seating ball valve, 5 horsepower eurodrive and lee factory gear box mounted on tilting (pneumatically operated) stainless steel bridge for tilt out agitator operation, internal temperature well, mounted in factory painted steel "a" frame stand.
