Features all stainless steel food grade jacketed kettle and double motion scraper agitator with new nylon scrapers, vessel jacket is all stainless steel with upper and lower jackets national board rated (# 2374) for 90 psi at 350 degrees f, hydrotested by factory to 140 psi, center bottom 4" discharge with manually operated flush seating ball valve, 22" discharge height and tri clamp connection, 5 horsepower new eurodrive and reconditioned lee factory gear box mounted on tilting stainless steel bridge for tilt out agitator operation with tilting cylinder, internal temperature well, mounted in factory painted steel "a" frame stand on double 8" casters (two swivle/two fixed), total height 114".
