This used Bradbury C&Z Purlin Roll Forming Line, manufactured in 1997, features a robust configuration ideal for precise and efficient production. The machine includes 12 stands with a 3.5-inch arbor diameter and 26-inch roll space, capable of handling material thickness from 0.059 inches to 0.105 inches. The line supports Cee and Zee purlin production with adjustable web widths and leg heights to accommodate a variety of profiles.
Equipped with a 60 HP drive motor, the line achieves speeds between 80 and 200 feet per minute. Hydraulic adjustments for leg height, web width, and vertical rolls, along with motorized tooling adjustments, enhance operational efficiency. A digital readout system aids in accurate roll positioning, controlled through an Allen-Bradley PanelView 1000 interface.
