The FANUC R-2000iB/165F is a six-axis heavy payload robot designed for high productivity and versatility in industrial environments. It features a 165 kg payload capacity, a 2655 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ± 0.2 mm. This floor-mounted robot has a mass of 1170 kg and is engineered with slim arm and wrist assemblies to facilitate operation in confined spaces. The system is equipped with an R-30iA controller, an i-Teach color pendant, and EE cable connections. Axis motion speeds are 110°/s for J1, J2, and J3, 150°/s for J4 and J5, and 220°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75°/-60°, J3 +230°/-132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. Suitable for a wide range of applications, the R-2000iB/165F supports assembly, cutting, fiberglass cutting, foundry processes, injection molding, machine loading, machine tending, material handling, and spot welding. The unit's design includes numerous process attachment points to simplify integration and maximize throughput.
