USED 2003 FANUC S-500IB

The 2003 FANUC S-500iB is a six-axis articulated robot equipped with an RJ3iB control system, designed for high-speed applications such as dispensing, machine loading, material handling, material removal, and part transfer. It features a 15 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 2757 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.1500 mm. The robot has a mass of 610 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. The slender arm design includes hollow joints for internal cable routing to reduce interference and increase access to parts. Motion speeds are 170 °/s for J1 and J2, 200 °/s for J3, 335 °/s for J4, 360 °/s for J5, and 600 °/s for J6. The motion range is J1 ±160°, J2 +100° to -60°, J3 +149° to -119°, J4 ±240°, J5 ±120°, and J6 ±450°. The system is powered by brushless AC servo motors and RV speed reducers, and comes equipped with an RJ3iB controller, cables, a teach pendant, and 7th and 8th axis auxiliary drives.
