NEW 2022 KAWASAKI RS007L

The 2022 Kawasaki RS007L is a high-speed, six-axis articulated robot designed for small to medium duty industrial applications. It features a 7 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 930 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.03 mm. The robot has a mass of 36 kg and supports floor, wall, and ceiling mounting. Its design utilizes a cantilever arm structure to achieve a longer maximum reach and an expanded range of motion. Axis motion speeds are 370°/s for J1, 310°/s for J2, 410°/s for J3, 550°/s for J4 and J5, and 1000°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 ±135°, J3 ±157°, J4 ±200°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. The system is equipped with a Kawasaki F60 controller, teach pendant, and connection cables. This robot is suitable for various applications including machine loading, tending, material handling, pick and place, assembly, material removal, and adhesive dispensing.
