The 2005 FANUC Arc Mate 120iB is a six-axis, servo-driven articulated robotic arm designed for high-speed welding, cutting, and material handling applications. It features a 20 kg payload capacity, a 1667 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ± 0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 220 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. Designed for accurate and consistent path performance, it is suitable for MIG, TIG, and plasma welding, as well as plasma cutting processes. Axis motion speeds are 165 °/s for J1 and J2, 175 °/s for J3, 350 °/s for J4, 340 °/s for J5, and 520 °/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±170°, J2 +160° to -90°, J3 +290° to -170°, J4 ±200°, J5 ±140°, and J6 ±450°. The system is controlled by a FANUC R-J3iB controller and includes a teach pendant and connection cables.
