NEW 2023 FANUC FANUC ARCMATE 100ID/10L

The 2023 FANUC Arc Mate 100ID/10L is a six-axis articulated robot designed for applications such as arc welding, laser welding, material handling, and machine tending. It features a 10 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1,636 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.03 mm. The robot has a mass of 150 kg and is designed for floor, upside down, or angle mounting. This long-arm model includes a hollow wrist and is equipped with a FANUC R-30iB Plus controller, a color teach pendant with a touch screen, and connection cables. Axis motion speeds are J1 at 260°/s, J2 at 240°/s, J3 at 260°/s, J4 at 430°/s, J5 at 450°/s, and J6 at 720°/s. The motion range for the axes is J1 +340° to -370°, J2 ±235°, J3 ±455°, J4 ±380°, J5 +360°, and J6 +900°. The design is optimized for narrow installations and provides a large horizontal stroke for working on relatively large parts.
