USED FANUC S-500I

The 2001 FANUC S500I is a six-axis articulated robot designed for industrial applications including material handling, pick and place, bonding, sealing, grinding, arc welding, dispensing, and parts transfer. It features a 15 kg payload capacity, a 2739 mm reach, and a repeatability of ±0.25 mm. The robot has a mass of 900 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. It is equipped with a FANUC RJ3 controller, connection cables, a teach pendant, and 7th and 8th axis auxiliary drives. Axis motion speeds are 90 degrees/s for J1 and J2, and 320 degrees/s for J3, J4, J5, and J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±300 degrees, J2 ±160 degrees, J3 ±160 degrees, J4 ±480 degrees, J5 ±240 degrees, and J6 ±900 degrees. The system utilizes an articulated structure to provide a large work envelope for various manufacturing tasks.
