USED FANUC S-500I

The 1999 FANUC S-500i is a six-axis articulated CNC robot designed for applications including material handling, pick and place, bonding/sealing, grinding, and arc welding. It features a 15 kg payload capacity, a 2739 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ±0.2500 mm. The robot has a mass of 900 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. It is equipped with a FANUC RJ3 controller, cables, a teach pendant, and a 7th and 8th axis auxiliary drive. Motion speeds for the axes are 90°/s for J1 and J2, and 320°/s for J3, J4, J5, and J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±300°, J2 ±160°, J3 ±160°, J4 ±480°, J5 ±240°, and J6 ±900°. The system provides a large work envelope suitable for industrial tasks such as dispensing, welding, and parts transfer.
