The 2014 FANUC R-2000IB/165F is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-payload applications, including spot welding, material handling, dispensing, and assembly. This floor-mounted unit features a 165 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.2 mm. The robot mass is 1170 kg. It is equipped with a FANUC R-30IB controller, a color teach pendant, and connection cables. The system includes a 7th-axis drive for a spot welding gun and an 8th-axis drive for the 3-meter robot transfer unit (RTU) on which it is mounted. Additional components include a Dengensha servo spot weld gun, power supply, and PBM-770E program box. Axis motion speeds are 110°/s for J1, J2, and J3; 150°/s for J4 and J5; and 220°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75°/-60°, J3 +230°/-132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. Its slim arm and wrist assemblies allow for operation in confined spaces, while multiple process attachment points facilitate integration.
