The 2014 FANUC R-2000IB/165F is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-payload applications such as spot welding, material handling, dispensing, and assembly. This floor-mounted unit features a 165 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.2 mm. With a mass of 1170 kg, it incorporates slim arm and wrist assemblies for operation in confined spaces. Axis motion speeds are 110°/s for J1, J2, and J3, 150°/s for J4 and J5, and 220°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75°/-60°, J3 +230°/-132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. The system is equipped with a FANUC R-30IB controller, a color teach pendant, and connection cables. This specific configuration includes a FANUC 7th axis drive for a spot welding gun and an 8th axis to drive a 3-meter robot transfer unit (RTU). Additional hardware consists of a Dengensha servo spot weld gun with a power supply and a Dengensha PBM-770E program box. The robot's design features numerous process attachment points to simplify integration and increase overall productivity.
