USED 2022 FANUC R-2000IB/220U

The 2022 FANUC gantry robot cell features 52 feet of travel and includes two FANUC R-2000iB/220U robots. These six-axis articulated robots are designed for applications such as spot welding, dispensing, machine loading, part transfer, assembly, and material removal. Each robot has a payload capacity of 220 kg, a horizontal reach of 2470 mm, and a repeatability of 0.3 mm. The mechanical weight of each robot is 1150 kg, supporting floor or inverted mounting configurations. Axis motion speeds are J1 at 95°/s, J2 at 85°/s, J3 at 95°/s, J4 at 120°/s, J5 at 120°/s, and J6 at 190°/s. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±360°, J2 ±136°, J3 ±362°, J4 ±720°, J5 ±250°, and J6 ±720°. The system is built on the FANUC R-30iB platform and includes two R-30iB robot controllers in full-size cabinets, FANUC color teach pendants, and connection cables. The robots are underhung on a rail system. The controllers can be equipped with vision, bin picking, and diagnostic functions.
