The 2012 KUKA KR60 Jet is a dual arm gantry robot system featuring a six-axis configuration where axis 1 provides linear travel on a gantry beam. Designed for inverted gantry mounting, each robot has a payload capacity of 60.00 kg and a horizontal reach of 2002.00 mm. The system provides a repeatability of ±0.1500 mm and each robot unit has a mass of 435.00 kg. Axis motion speeds are rated at 3.2 m/s for J1, 120 °/s for J2, 166 °/s for J3, 260 °/s for J4, and 245 °/s for J5. The motion range for the axes is J2 +158° to -120°, J3 ±350°, J4 ±119°, and J5 ±350°. This robotic system is equipped with a KUKA gantry and supporting fabricated columns, KRC4 controllers, connection cables, and teach pendants.
