Crawler Carriers & Dumpers

This Cold War–era British tracked armoured personnel carrier is of all-welded steel hull construction and forms part of the FV430 series, designed to transport infantry under armor protection across the battlefield.
Configured for a crew of two (driver and commander) plus up to ten fully equipped infantrymen, the FV432 has a combat weight of approximately 15.3 tonnes and a top road speed of around 32 mph (50 km/h), with an operational range of up to approximately 300 miles depending on terrain and conditions.
Standard equipment includes periscopic vision devices for the driver and commander (included), internal stowage for crew gear, and Larkspur-series radio compatibility in its original service configuration.
This example presents as an older restoration in above-average condition throughout. The starter motor was replaced last year, and the removed unit is included with the vehicle. It has been used regularly in local parades over the years and is reported to be in good running and operating condition.
Included with the vehicle are assorted period items comprising periscopes, a crew helmet, radio equipment, and a user handbook.
Overall dimensions are approximately 17' 0" long × 9' 9" wide × 7' 1½" high.
