Overview
Aasted stainless steel chocolate melting tank designed for melting and holding liquid chocolate prior to tempering, depositing, molding, or enrobing operations. The unit features an approximate 400-gallon (2,000 kg chocolate) insulated stainless steel vessel with water jacket, top-mounted agitator, thermostatically controlled electric heating system, warm water circulation pump, level controls, hinged insulated cover, and bottom discharge. Designed to provide uniform chocolate melting and temperature maintenance throughout production.
