Overview
Nielsen Model 620 stainless steel chocolate cooling tunnel designed for continuous cooling of chocolate-coated products and confectionery items. The system features a 620 mm (24.4") wide FDA-approved polyurethane conveyor belt with approximately 52.5 feet of cooling length, insulated cooling enclosure, stainless steel infeed and discharge sections, glycol cooling system, adjustable belt tracking, and integrated electrical controls. Designed for installation downstream of enrobers, depositors, and molding lines to provide consistent product cooling and finish.
