USED 1986 AMADA RG-100S

Amada RG-100S hydraulic press brake with 100-ton capacity and 8-foot bed, equipped with NC9-EX CNC controller and back gauge. A workhorse machine well suited to precision sheet metal bending in fabrication shops. Sold in good working condition, as-is/where-is.

Based on tonnage, this machine can bend up to 1/4" mild steel across the full 102" bed, or up to roughly 3/4" on a narrow 12" wide piece. For stainless, figure about 3/16" full width and up to 1/2" narrow. For aluminum, up to 1/2" full width and up to 1" narrow. These are tonnage-based estimates, actual max thickness depends on the V-die tooling on hand, wider dies allow thicker material but need to be in the shop's inventory.
