Overview
The 2020 DMG Mori CTX Gamma 3000 TC is a high-capacity mill turn center engineered for complete machining of large and complex components in a single setup. Equipped with twin 20" chucks, an 80 position tool changer, and Celos / Siemens ERGOLINE CNC control, this platform integrates powerful turning and full milling capability within one rigid structure. The inclusion of an SMW-Autoblok steady rest, mist collector, paper filtration system, and chip conveyor supports long-run, stable production machining.
Compared to conventional turning centers that require secondary milling operations or repositioning, the CTX Gamma 3000 TC performs multi-surface machining with synchronized spindle and milling operations. This reduces handling, improves concentricity, and dramatically increases efficiency for aerospace shafts, energy components, and heavy industrial parts.
