Manufactured from 1” A-36 plate, all weld construction

Mounted on a structural steel sub-base

1” thick internal wear plates made from abrasion resistant steel

HD screen covering the discharge area to properly size material.

Rotor assembly:

(72) Four-way reversible hammers (1”) abrasion-resistant hammers

(8) 1” heat-treated hammer rods

(1) Precision machined shaft warranted for five (5) full years

(19) Heavy-duty rotor discs & spacers

(2) Packing glands to prevent material leakage along shaft
