USED 2022 PACK LEADER PRO 516

(1) Available - Used Pack Leader model PRO 516 high speed pressure sensitive labeler. This machine was ordered new in 2022 and remains in excellent shape having run less than 500,000 containers through the machine. Nerw cost for this machine today is approximatley $95,000. The PRO 516 was set up to run 12 and 22 oz bottles and the machine can also run 202 cans. The Pack Leader PRO-516 is a high-speed, automatic wrap-around labeling machine. Manufactured by Pack Leader Machinery, it is designed to apply adhesive labels to round, cylindrical containers (like bottles, jars, and cans) across industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Some fetures of this unit include:

-Servo driven label head
-Vertical trunnion system
-Dual 20″ unwind and splicing station
-Screw feed index infeed
-Max dispensing speed of 130 feet per minute (we ran 200 bpm on our line)
