 Pillar Machine "H49-7" Horizontal Bore & Dowel Insertion Machine
Pillar’s bore and dowel machines are designed to CNC position the spindle, then CNC position the dowel inserter, inject glue or water (for pre-glued dowels), and insert the dowel into the hole, providing a cycle time of less than 1 second for each bore, glue and dowel insertion when the holes are spaced at 64 mm intervals. Custom designs are available, as the HP49 can be outfitted with multiple horizontal and vertical spindles, horizontal dowel inserters, and hardware inserters.
