The Cantek SR-43DDA is a new 43-inch three-head wide belt sander designed for high efficiency and consistent performance in industrial settings. This robust unit combines a sturdy machine frame with three sanding heads, allowing for fewer passes and greater throughput. The first head features a steel contact drum for initial calibration, while the second utilizes a rubber contact drum for versatile sanding. The third is a combination head with an adjustable sanding platen, ideal for precise finish sanding.

For precision, the sander is equipped with a quick-setting digital thickness control that facilitates accurate, automatic table adjustments in both inch and metric settings. The machine's heavy-duty welded steel frame, along with cast iron head assemblies, ensures vibration-free operation, while the 75-inch long belts support extended sanding runs. With dual rubber-covered pressure rollers on infeed and outfeed, material hold-down is consistent, enhancing overall productivity.

The sander, powered by motors ranging from 20 to 30 HP on each head and supported by a 5 HP feed motor, accommodates various sanding needs with a feed rate adjustable between 13 to 59 FPM.
