NEW 2024 WULFTEC WCA-Smart
Overview
This integrated Wulftec automated pallet handling system combines a WCA Smart automatic stretch wrapper with a VarioMaster 9440 strapping system, powered conveyor sections, safety guarding, and integrated controls. Designed for high-throughput packaging environments, the system supports automated pallet flow through wrapping, strapping, transfer, and discharge operations.
The layout is configured for infeed and outfeed conveyor movement with multiple powered conveyor zones, side loading/unloading capability, forklift detection photoeyes, pallet stops, and safety controls. The system is suitable for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and packaging operations requiring automated load containment and pallet handling.
The included Incycle topsheet dispenser/top sheeter adds an automated protective covering step to the wrapping process. It is intended to place a top sheet over the load before or during the wrap cycle, helping protect palletized products from dust, moisture, debris, and overhead exposure while improving load presentation and reducing the need for manual sheet placement.
