Mounted on Mile steel Frame with with tilt hinge flow control mild steel frame to support product feed IBC container to charge auger feed , Rotary furnace chamber 320 mm dia x 5,500 mm long with heated section about 3,115mm long with 3 off electrically heated zones with 3 phase supply 3 off zones with 12 w 29 A supply to heat up to 850 deg.c   Through to a cooling zone 1,400 mm long with water cooling with gill tube cooler ,chamber with hydrogen purging. mounted on mild steel frame to discharge into IBC  container.
