USED GUSHER T-10 1P3-LONG

The Gusher Pumps T-10 1P3-LONG is a rugged, vertical immersion coolant pump and tank unit designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, such as supplying coolant to machine tools. Powered by a 1/10 HP, single-phase motor operating at 3450 RPM, the pump supports dual-voltage operation at 115/230V with an amperage draw of 2.2A / 1.1A at 60 Hz. The motor is housed in a totally enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure. The unit features a sealless, vertical immersion style design with a heavy-duty, one-piece shaft that requires no couplings to align or special adjustments, allowing for a highly reliable and low-maintenance operation. The hydraulic system is equipped with a standard plastic impeller and a 1/2-inch NPT discharge port. It delivers a flow rate of up to 10 gallons per minute (GPM) at a 2-foot head pressure, and up to approximately 18 GPM at zero head. When integrated as part of the complete T-10 unit, it includes a heavy-duty 9-gallon capacity reservoir tank. Designed to handle grit and abrasive-laden liquids without overloading, the pump provides immediate coolant flow that can be safely throttled without damage to the motor.
