One (1) 2011 150 HP Superior, 4 pass wet back, 150 PSI, with 15 PSI steam pressure controls for low pressure operation, with a PowerFlame Burner designed to fire natural gas. The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New fireside and waterside gaskets have been installed. New blowdown piping has been installed. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves have been hydrostatically tested. The Honeywell flame safeguard controls have been tested found good. New High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. The boiler has undergone a simulated test fire, and been electrically and mechanically checked throughout. Any components found defective or obsolete have been replaced. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition, and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls. No labor to change the part is included. The boiler is wired for 460/3/60 main supply voltage will have water level controls to turn the boiler feed water pumps “ON and OFF” to maintain water level control. No taxes of any kind are included in the price. We must receive a Resale or Use Tax Exemption Certificate or applicable taxes may be added to the price of the boiler. Ready to ship.
