This machine is suitable for the automatic packaging of loose powdered products in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, such as medicinal granules, probiotics, protein powder, meal replacement powder, spirulina powder, instant coffee powder, lotus root powder, tea powder, pearl powder, seasonings, and other similar products.
Workflow:
Load the film roll onto the unwinding shaft.
The vacuum feeder automatically supplies powder to the hopper.
The auger measures and fills the powder.
The machine forms, seals, and cuts the bags with easy-tear notches and rounded corners.
Feeding, dosing, filling, date printing, bag making, sealing, and cutting are completed automatically.
