EREMA RECYCLING PLANT COAX” 2011 Eco SAVE NEW 2011 – LOW HOURS
EREMA recycling systems are used for the recycling of thermoplastic waste.
Recycling is implemented in one operating step by means of the COAX’’@
plant (cutter / extruder combination).
The new implemented ecoSAVE technology results in
a reduction of the power consumption and therefore in
a reduction of the CO2 emissions.
Input material to be processed:
PP — sheet up to 30 % glasfiber amount, production waste,
preportioned to 14 x 14 inch (350 x 350 mm)
unprinted to slightly printed, clean, max. input moisture for each
individual plant feeding sequence 1 %, free of abrasive and corrosive
contamination as well as free of PVC; direct feeding of large portions
/ lumps without precutting according to feeding hopper dimensions.
Output capacity of quoted system:
up to 170 – 200 kg/ hr (600 LBS/HOUR PP)
