The 2015 Haas TM-1P is a robust CNC Vertical Machining Center ideal for precise 3-axis machining operations. It features a Haas CNC Control system that enhances operational efficiency. The machine offers a spacious table size of 47.75" x 10.5", accommodating a maximum table load of 1,000 lbs, which is suitable for a variety of workpieces. With X, Y, and Z axis travels of 30", 12", and 16" respectively, it provides significant flexibility in machining capabilities.

Equipped with a CAT 40 spindle taper, the TM-1P operates at spindle speeds up to 6,000 RPM, driven by a 7.5 HP spindle motor. It includes the high speed machining option which was added to the machine after the machine was purchased new. This is complemented by a 10-station tool changer that ensures efficient tool management during machining processes. The machine is capable of rapid traverse rates of 400 inches per minute, significantly enhancing production speed.
