Used 10" Intercole Stewart Bolling / Beringer water ring pelletizing line consisting of: 10" Intercole Stuart Bolling single screw extruder, 10:1 l/d, electrically heated, air cooled barrel, jacketed feed section with hydraulically operated ram feeder with hydraulic pump, cored screw, 24.7:1 gearbox ratio (rebuilt 2020), 300 hp dc motor with scr controller, Beringer hydraulic slide plate screen changer with power pack, Beringer water ring pelletizer, model WRP36, driven by 7.5 hp motor, stainless steel water box and dewatering trough, with Gala 600 gpm, tempered water system, model PWT600, stainless steel heat water basin, model 52VDW Gala spin dryer, with diverter valve, and Gala Fines sieve, with circulation pump, and cartridge filters.
