Stainless steel single-tank 100 gallon Clean-In-Place (CIP) system designed for cleaning sanitary processing equipment, piping, tanks, and process lines. The skid-mounted unit features a vertical stainless steel solution tank with an internal electric heating element, sanitary centrifugal process pump driven by a 5 HP Baldor Reliance Super-E washdown-duty motor, stainless steel sanitary piping manifold with multiple valved connections, and heavy-duty stainless steel skid frame. The tank includes a hinged top access cover, sanitary fittings, level instrumentation, bottom outlet, and internal heating assembly. The electric heater is manufactured by ASB Heating Elements Ltd., rated 440 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, and dated 11/2003. Last operated in a food processing facility and suitable for recirculating hot cleaning and sanitizing solutions through process equipment.
