Overview
This 2017 Mazak Integrex i-100 BARTAC-S 5-axis CNC lathe pairs a 4" bar capacity and 4.4" spindle bore with an LNS Quickload S3 bar feeder, a 6" sub spindle, and a 72-station tool changer on a Mazatrol SmoothX control. It turns up to 19.67" in diameter over a 33.62" machining length, with an 8" main chuck at 2,000 RPM, a 12,000 RPM HSK 63 milling spindle, and 240° of B-axis travel.
