Description
This used Theysohn TSK-N 045 co-rotating twin screw extruder features a 45mm (1.77") screw diameter and a 36:1 L/D ratio. The unit includes 8 barrel housing sections and 1 die zone. It is electrically heated and water cooled, offering optimal thermal regulation for high-performance compounding. The extruder is powered by a 50 HP (37.5 kW) PIV variable speed gearbox and driven by a 60 HP (44.7 kW), 500V DC, 105A, continuous duty motor operating at 1750/2100 RPM.
