USED 2008 YASKAWA MOTOMAN EA1900N

The 2008 Yaskawa Motoman EA1900N is a high-performance six-axis articulated welding robot designed for high-quality MIG welding applications. This floor-mounted unit features a patented internal cable design to eliminate cable flip and an articulated structure with a 3 kg payload capacity and a 1904 mm horizontal reach. It offers a repeatability of ±0.08 mm and has a robot mass of 280 kg. Motion speeds for the axes are 170 °/s for S and L, 175 °/s for U, 340 °/s for R and B, and 520 °/s for T. The motion ranges are S ±180°, L +155°/-110°, U +255°/-165°, R ±150°, B +180°/-45°, and T ±200°. The system is integrated into a welding cell equipped with an NX100 controller capable of multi-robot control, a teach pendant, and a Binzel welding torch. Additional hardware includes a Gudel robot rail RTU with 11 feet of travel and 13 feet of overall length, and a Motoman MH-1600 trunnion fixture featuring 115-inch centers distance and a 40-inch swing capacity with a 185 gear ratio and 10.8 maximum RPM.
