USED FANUC ARCMATE 120IC

The 2011 FANUC Arc Mate 120iC is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-speed arc welding and cutting applications. It features a 20 kg payload capacity, an 1811 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ±0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 250 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting. The system is equipped with a FANUC R-30iA controller, a teach pendant, and connection cables. Its design includes a slim arm with a hollow wrist and internally routed cabling to protect the weld torch cable and improve accessibility in narrow spaces. Axis motion speeds are 195°/s for J1, 175°/s for J2, 180°/s for J3, 360°/s for J4 and J5, and 550°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±370°, J2 ±260°, J3 ±458°, J4 ±400°, J5 ±360°, and J6 ±900°. This unit is integrated with a Hypertherm Max Pro 200 plasma cutter, which features a 100% duty cycle at 33 kW and a maximum output current of 200 A. The plasma system provides a production pierce capacity of 32 mm and a severance capacity of 75 mm for mild steel. The robot includes a built-in collision detection system to protect the equipment and surrounding environment.
