NEW 2021 FANUC FANUC ARCMATE 120ID

The 2021 FANUC Arc Mate 120ID is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-performance applications such as arc welding, plasma cutting, water jet cutting, material handling, and inspection. It features a 25 kg payload capacity, an 1831 mm reach, and a repeatability of ± 0.02 mm. The robot has a mass of 250 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. This model incorporates a hollow wrist design and a slim articulated arm to excel in narrow work spaces. Axis motion speeds are 210°/s for J1 and J2, 265°/s for J3, 420°/s for J4 and J5, and 700°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±340°, J2 ±260°, J3 ±458°, J4 ±400°, J5 ±360°, and J6 ±900°. The system includes an R-30iB Plus controller, a teach pendant, and cables. Its design features an improved drive train for higher axis speeds and high rigidity to maximize productivity and path repeatability.
