The 2020 FANUC LR Mate 200iD/7L is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-speed precision tasks. It features a 7kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 911mm, and a repeatability of ±0.03mm. The robot has a mass of 27kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. Axis motion speeds are 370°/s for J1, 310°/s for J2, 410°/s for J3, 550°/s for J4, 545°/s for J5, and 1000°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 +340° to -360°, J2 ±245°, J3 ±420°, J4 ±380°, J5 ±250°, and J6 ±720°. The system is equipped with an R30iB Mate Plus compact controller, robot connection cables, and a color i-Pendant.
