Wepackit MPV-300 Case Packer
The Wepackit MPV-300 case packer is used in automated packaging lines to group individual products and precisely place them into cardboard shipping boxes (cases) or trays. Instead of dropping items into a box—which can cause damage—the MPV-300 uses vacuum suction heads to securely grip the tops of products, lift them, and gently lower them into the case.
Specs:

Electrical Power: Standard units typically run on 440V to 460V, 3-Phase, 60 Hz electricity
Current Draw:15 Amps
Pneumatics (Air): Typically requires standard plant air, averaging 80 PSI (usually consuming around 5 to 10 CFM depending on how many vacuum suction heads are active)
Operating Speed: Up to 20 cases per minute (OEM rated). Actual line speeds depend on the product stability, case size, and pack pattern
Changeover Time: 15 minutes or less. It is a toolless or minimal-tool changeover platform designed for quick transitions between package sizes
Container Range: Exceptionally versatile; handles containers ranging from small 1 oz. bottles/tubs up to large 2.5-gallon jugs
Product Types: Designed to process rigid or semi-rigid items like salad dressings, yogurts, jars, baby wipes, boxes of chocolates, and liquid jugs

Core Industries and Applications:
